The experience

Life is a co-creation

My focus on these sessions will be on you, that you feel comfortable, that you can be yourself. I like to get to know you so I can learn to see like you, what do you like and how you like to be.

I don’t like to force things, I prefer to be flexible and improvise. I’ll make you participate on your session. I want this to be a collaboration to capture your story in a way that resonates with you.

Think as big or as simple as you want. Choose a location where you feel good or where you have good stories in. If you’d prefer to get to see a new place for your session you can also ask me, I know lots of them.

I think clarity and communication is important so we understand each other and have a great session. Feel free to ask me any questions or talk to me about any ideas you have.

the process

1. Fill in the contact form to get in touch for booking your session.
2. I’ll get back to you with availability, prices and questions to curate your session. We can talk about your session before booking – please note I’m always focused on projects and can take up to 7 days to reply to new enquiries.
3. Book your session on a fixed date. Booking a date requires 50% payment.
4. Consultation for your session. We plan your session and get to know each other before the photoshoot.
5. We meet on location. Deciding what, where & how is part of the flow.
6. We take beautiful photographs.
7. You pay the remaining 50% – and we can’t wait to see the photos!
8. I process all images. If applies to your session you will select your favourites, if not I will do a selection of the images.
9. Editing. The editing process is meant to match the mood of the session. Natural colours, no skin and no body altering, all real and beautiful. I will probably also include black & whites that I love. This process takes its time so I might need your patience : )
10. I create your photo gallery and send it to you.
11. You get to see your photos!

We first met Sofia when my husband booked her for surprise engagement photos at Es Vedra in 2016. When she sent us our photo album, we were stunned!
